My name is Sophie Nakamya, I am deeply honored to lead such a wonderful school filled with opportunities for both our learners and staff to grow in to better beings and also be part of a school that prospers year after year.
Our mission enshrines more than just secular academic excellence, but also emphasizes Islamic religious prowess. Tasneem Junior school seeks to build a fully developed and an all rounded person. We do this by growing the positive intellectual habits, ethics, and the respect for diversity that gives a greater scope in the development of the child.
Our Hifz department provide quality lessons to memorise the Holy Qur’an, in addition to their regular subjects. Our boarding is modern and well equipped. It provides outstanding care and supervision within a homely environment.
At Tasneen junior school there is a balance between the hectic academic program with warm and engaging cocurricular activities supported by a caring community.
This way children are guided in to discovering who they are, what they like to do and also provide them with hands-on leadership skills. Our community engagements give us a unique and inclusive environment which result in to meaningful connections that impact on Tasneemers’ experiences strongly.
